Part Four – Summary
Evaluating the effectiveness of the mental and behavioral healthcare programs that are provided to
Missouri’s farmers and stakeholders is crucial to improving the effectiveness of mental health programs. The
FRSAN program evaluation approach provides an effective method to manage and evaluate complex
initiatives to coordinate easy access to program resources and reduce bottlenecks in processes that are
found when working with large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Missouri’s FRSAN evaluation program uses a cont inuous improvement evaluation approach, implementing a
decision-oriented model to identify strengths and limitations in curricula, instruction, and delivery. Data
collection, evaluation, and program resources are streamlined using digital dashboards to increase access to
supporting documents, and tools which allow team members to more efficiently deliver programming and to
capture impacts and outcomes. Solutions such as digital dashboards are highly recommended because of
their ease of use and adaptability.
