Put the most important information first in the caption. Save your hashtags and mentions for last. You can either put hashtags in your caption or post them in a comment below; just be consistent.
The best time to post on Instagram for engagement is Wednesday at 11 a.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. During COVID-19, the number of peak times during the week expanded to Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at 11 a.m. and Tuesday at 2 p.m. The best time to post for student engagement is Friday at 10 a.m.
Create a call to action in Instagram bios, i.e., highlight specific hashtags you want the audience to use for increased engagement.
Use Instagram story features. These features include ”Ask Me a Question,” where you ask your followers a question and th ey vote between two alternatives. The “Ask Me a Question” feature is where your followers ask the Juntos Instagram page a question, and you respond in your stories. There is also a polling option, which could be an interactive way to teach your audience about the Juntos program.

This is a tool to send mass emails/updates to past/current partners. As the program grows in your state and/or county, you will want to send mass updates and highlights to your stakeholders, funders, partners, etc.
