○ A vast majority of respondents indicated that testimonials or success stories (96%), peer-to-peer learning (89%), and evaluation resources (79%) would be very or somewhat helpful for their engagement and outreach programming. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (June 1, 2022 - August 31, 2022): ● Continue working with a web developer (Ivelin Denev) to finalize Hub structure; Ivelin will complete the build and give us a tutorial on how to maintain, modify, and grow the site on our own. ● Continue to ask our Advisory Team for insight on the Hub structure and content as we move ahead. ● Continue to collect and curate resources for the Hub ● Continue to create new resources for the Hub based on stated needs from the survey. ● Give presentation on WEP Hub project at North Central Region Water Network’s Climate Intersections Conference in Duluth, July 14 - 16 ● Anticipate a “soft launch” of Hub in August Key Informant Services Reports: Leadership and Leadership Development Met with this team twice and determined that the team health survey was not the best tool for this mainly two-person team. Therefore delivered “Busy is a Choice” session. Significant Results: ● By discovering the secret to concentration is elimination they were able to redistribute some project tasks/deliverables. This helps them stay in their strength areas while achieving more efficiency and effectiveness. Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period (June 1, 2022 - August 31, 2022): ● We have another meeting scheduled for next quarter to determine the appropriate next steps. Digital Publishing and Engagement Publishing met with the team several times to discuss how to frame a publication and re: virtual chat. Also supported the team in hosting a successful virtual chat.
