Partnership and Development Initial project orientation with new Partnership and Development Specialist Hellina Tadesse who is supporting the Kellogg grant submission and assisting to find new potential funding sources. Evaluation : Evaluation KIs have reviewed team documents and met with this project to identify areas of support. The team is interested in conducting Ripple Effects Mapping (REM) to capture the long-term effects of the program and other insights from their alumni. The evaluation KIs are participating in the meetings to define the focus of the REM sessions and provide assistance as needed. The evaluation team will: ● Continue to work toward common measures: retention, completion, and performance of high school students, why aren’t students attending post-high school education? Ripple mapping with data from youth and adults. ● Participate in group meetings to help design the REM sessions
