Catalyst’s Report: Fred Schlutt ● This is a pre-selected NIFa project., with lots of resources allocated to complete the project. The majority of NTAE KI's involvement occurred in October and November. The consortium held a three-day webinar at the end of November and December. The Communications and Marketing KI assisted the group with the technology aspect of the webinars, and the Design Strategist KI worked with the group to design the webinar with break-out sessions. David Warren, Technology and AI KI, is now working with the group to capture data in creating a Cognitive Search AI product. The consortium will meet face to face in late June to finalize the project. This group is a mature and self-sufficient group and functioning very well.

Key Informant Services:

Program Design and Education Technology One meeting to learn about the program and its needs. Learned that they had UGA support for engagement design so that KI service was not needed. Leadership and Leadership Development Two informational sessions on our “Team Effectiveness” services including Google’s Project Aristotle & Team Health survey dashboard. Marketing and Communications Served as a technical host for a two-day event for this project. The information from this webinar is being used to assist David Warren in his AI Project.
