Plans for Year 4: March 2022 for Continuation Increase
Prospectus--Plan of work for 2022:
2022 NTAE Prospectus of Work
The 2022 NTAE Prospectus of Work will continue to support and align with the 2019 NTAE work objectives. New plans for Year 4 will include the following major foci:

Projects will be assessed for determination if they are in the incubator, accelerator, or expanding phase to ensure appropriate resources are applied with the projects for optimum success. NTAE Project teams will participate in a customized innovation skill-building experience. Attention and training will be given to help projects think innovatively, develop meaningful and unique value proposition statements, and to think creatively about how to plan for impact. ● Greater attention will be given to DEI in all areas of NTAE supported work this year. Better monitoring of activities and work with 1890 and 1994 institutions will be a priority. ● Continued effort with Artificial Intelligence with the implementation of both the IPM chatbot pilot and the UGA Food Preservation AI-enhanced search. ● There will be an initiative to assess CES system technology and needs with plans for an assessment and possible listening sessions in the Fall of 2022. ● Farm Journal Pilot is planned to use some of Farm Journal's Human Dimensions data dashboard to understand how producers think, feel and make decisions. We will pilot how to personalize, tailor and use smart segmentation to deliver education, engagement, and resources. ● We will strengthen the usefulness and value of our national data platforms by developing a data ecosystem to aggregate and tag data flows from Ask Extension, Connect Extension, AI Chatbot, and the National Registry.
