Objective 3. Build capacity within and across the CES to effectively engage strategic partners so more customers can be reached across multiple platforms in real-time with science/research-based content.

a. Partners will continue to be sought out and paired with new projects as they come online for the purpose of co-creating projects with partners in hopes of long-term relationships and potential funding for project sustainability. b. Digital engagement will be continued for our enhanced focus on the use of technology for CES professionals. These will be delivered via Connect Extension and Extension Foundation Partnership and Development c. Partnership and Development efforts will continue and new partners will be connected to projects as appropriate and as they are cultivated. This effort will also market NTAE projects to our partners, both private and public. d. NTAE projects will and partner development will relate to USDA Strategic Goals and ECOP Program Priorities.

Objective 4. Update existing and develop any new policies that may be needed to support the business aspects of this effort. Continue to review policies at least once a year and revise as needed to support the grant and projects. A review of ADA compliance and data privacy compliance for our technical tools are in process.

Objective 5. Develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation, and communications and marketing effort for the NTAE Grant

A. Evaluation Evaluation will continue and will be embedded in the projects and the consultation the Extension Foundation offers to NTAE projects. Long-term outcome evaluation is not possible in one-year projects so the work continues to create the outcome vision, but with benchmarks along the way so projects can see their progress as they move forward. Key evaluation processes will be to collect baseline data, understand and use the project value model, and embed agile evaluation within our processes and projects. The foundation for
