Year 4 will pilot some of the new methodologies to create best practices for evidence-based programming. B. Competitiveness in the information and marketplace a. A continued effort will be in place for communicating grant efforts and successes through Extension Foundation communication strategies b. The market analysis will continue for those projects where such an analysis is appropriate.Continue to monitor the current open email rate to stay the same or increase. c. Continue with Hubspot to continue to enable important analytics such as: i. Tracking of numbers of people involved in online events and the ability to filter by region or institution. d. Design new and exceptional curricula/program resources for traditional and expanded audiences. This will be continued in 2022 through the efforts of the Catalysts, the Fellows, and their Projects. C. Align with the USDA Strategic Plan and ECOP Program Priorities : In 2022, the Projects will include USDA Strategic Goals. Projects will also be reviewed for additional alignment with ECOP priorities to add additional acceleration, support, and resources to approved projects. a. The catalyst model will continue in 2022 as project recruiters, mentors, advisors, and connectors for identified projects. b. Fellows will continue to be identified as the lead for projects and as a way to develop more capacity across CES c. Extension Foundation Key Informants will be aligned with project needs for 2022. d. The projects will provide the additional curricula and resources that are the heart of the content portion of this grant. The project teams will be mentored for enhanced outputs and outcomes, and for potential scaling to support CES content work across the country. D. Communications and Marketing will continue with our efforts in 2022 to continue to foster new relationships and networks and to expand the reach of CES Professionals. a. The number of marketing proposals will be determined by the number of projects needing an in-depth approach to better understand audiences. We do not expect all projects will have this service/opportunity. b. Continue to seek data compliance documentation for all vendor software. The security of Extension Foundation platforms involved with the delivery of online courses was evaluated last year using the Higher Education Community Vendor
