that can only come with the additional resources provided to teams and their projects through the NIFA supported grant administered by the Extension Foundation. The support and advice of the Catalyst team prove invaluable in selecting projects and in working with the projects. Each project has a specific set of opportunities and challenges to work with and through. The diversity of the projects allows for learning for CES across multiple audiences, programmatic needs, and with various types of CES professionals. The progress report above shares specific information about the advancement of technology to support CES, the acceleration of projects for sharing across CES, and new platforms that integrate content and technology for acceleration of projects and sharing of projects. This year’s progress report is due at the end of the second quarter. The first two-quarters of the project is primarily focused on project plans, teams, and additional learning that will support the project idea (for example, marketing analysis). The third and fourth quarters are when the projects take all of these inputs and implement them within their project so they have outputs, are on the path to impact, ePublished books, digital engagement, and other documentation that can be shared with the CES. Overall, the grant effort is meeting and exceeding the expectations outlined in the proposal, and new baselines and learnings planned for Year 4 create new plans and opportunities which are outlined in the Prospectus above.
