Quarterly Reports NTAE Year 3 Qtr 4

Watershed Education Planning (WEP) Fellow: Anne Sawyer, University of Minnesota Roadmap

Fellow Report: We've made great strides now that we have a web developer. The website is alive and the overall structure is in place. Once we begin to populate the page with content, some of the subpage structure will change, but otherwise, things are really falling into place.

Experience(s) working with your Catalysts and Key Informants: Our Catalysts were instrumental in finding and providing us with a web developer. We would be nowhere near where we are now without this essential assistance. Significant Results: ● We've expanded the project's partners to include a MN-based nonprofit, Environmental Initiative. While this doesn't directly include impact generated, per se, what it does is bring us a much larger potential audience and ensures longevity for the project. Key Informant Services Reports: Leadership and Leadership Development Coaching meeting with the team and a vision-casting session to facilitate future planning. Significant Results: ● Assisted in helping define team needs for the future based on program expansion. Digital Publishing and Engagement Publication conceptualized, drafted, reviewed, edited, formatted, and published in Extension Foundation library. Publication entry made on national registry, and on Connect Extension. Marketing blurb published on website and Connect Extension.

Significant Results: ● Publication completed: https://online.flippingbook.com/view/244862886/
