RRCD Regional Listening Sessions Fellow: Stephan Goetz, Pennsylvania State University Roadmap

Fellow Report: Progress has been accomplished through the coordination of team efforts through two working groups of the RRDC staff: the Design Team, with primary responsibility for implementation of the listening sessions, and the Data Analysis Team, with primary responsibility for implementation of the survey and analysis of its data. Meetings have been held regularly for both, on an as needed basis, along with asynchronous coordination of efforts. Individual RRDCs have also taken leadership of certain elements, including the analysis and reporting to key stakeholders of results about their region, and recruitment of listening session facilitators. These facilitators have also been engaged through asynchronous processes (email correspondence and surveys) to ensure engagement in early stages of listening session design and planning.
