Aaron Weibe has been assisting the DEI team that is working on consolidating resources on the Extension Foundation's platform. ● Short-term (knowledge) ○ Across all dialogue trainings, participants consistently report gaining skills and comfort in building trusting relationships across differences. ○ Participants also note growth in their commitment to pursue additional DEI learning. ○ Specific to Coming Together state cohort training, participants note growth in: ■ Understanding how dialogues fit within Extension’s mission. ■ o How to engage racially diverse audiences in important dialogues. ■ o Skills in organizing and facilitating local dialogues ○ Specific to the Administrators’ Mini-Series (Spring 2022), participants noted growth in: ■ Moving the needle on building trusting relationships
