Experience(s) working with your Catalysts and Key Informants: Our experience working with our catalysts and key informants has been extremely positive. Drs. Fred Schlutt and Beverly Coberly have been resourceful, timely, and proactive. They have guided us through different processes and connected us to the appropriate people on several occasions, including the process for the funding release and the no-cost extension request. Planning and coordinating two events: i) in-person Food Safety Extension Network meeting, June 20-22, 2022, University of Georgia, Georgia Center, Athens, GA, and ii) breakfast event at the International Association for Food Protection, August 1st, 2022, Pittsburgh, PA, are noteworthy accomplishments for the leadership of the Network. Planning the events required a significant contribution of time and effort.
