Additionally, programming is slated to begin in Spring 2023 for the following additional counties in West Virginia: Hampshire, Randolph, and Wayne; as well as in the states of New Jersey and Florida. The program was disseminated through a seminar session at the West Virginia University 4-H Agents Professional Development Day in the Fall 2022 with nine agents in attendance. Experience(s) working with your Coach, Catalysts and/or Key Informants as applicable: Cheryl has been an invaluable resource--she always knew the right prompt to give our team to get us thinking more clearly through the ISBE process. Additionally, she brought great alternative suggestions for further expansion of the program that team members had not even thought of--she truly broadened our horizons and with that broadened the potential scope of our programming efforts.
