The Future of Mentorship: Creating Pathways for Professional Mentorship within Cooperative Extension Fellow: Matt Pezold, University of Missouri Fellow Report: The team completed the Innovation Skill Building Experience and the Impact Collaborative Summit which helped us to complete the Impact Collaborative Innovative Canvas, Unique Value Statement. As an incubation project, the project is being developed as the team completes training and is currently in the development stage and moving toward a mock-up of the desired mentor/mentee interaction platform and curriculum.

Experience(s) working with your Coach, Catalysts and/or Key Informants as applicable. We have been extremely fortunate to have Karl Bradley join The Future of Mentorship team. He has helped to lead and focus the work and to continue progress on moving the project forward. The team met with Aaron Weibe who also provided IT support to help the group understand what the opportunities are for integrating with Connect.Extension. Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: (Please list the objectives and goals for the next reporting period.) ● Complete the Impact Collaborative Innovation Project/Program Impacts Worksheet and review the dashboard modules as samples for what our team's Mentorship Dashboard will look like. ● The team will also complete the Impact Collaborative Assumption Validation Worksheet. ● In January the team will participate in the Impact Collaborative Summit. ● The team will participate in the third capstone event during the summer 2023.
