Evaluation The Evaluation team did not work with this project team during the first quarter. The team will meet with this team in January to discuss this Key Informant service available to them. Leadership and Leadership Development The project manager has integrated this service into update meetings and scheduled workshops according to the needs the team has expressed through conversational diagnosis. ● Significant results ○ N/A ● Which workshops have you started and/or completed with the team? ○ Overview of Google's "Project Aristotle" five elements of highly effective teams along with action items to support psychological safety, dependability, and structure/clarity.
