Staff completed a youth meeting lesson plan with eight team building activity options among which facilitators may choose to use during the Heart & Hope youth workshop #1. On December 8, 2022, the Heart & Hope youth plan for workshop #1 was shared with Rose Hayden Smith for review and feedback. 6. Staff met with the Program Design and Educational Technology Key Informant, Molly Immendorf, on October 6, 2022, to learn ways to incorporate technology into the Heart & Hope curriculum. Staff will continue to work with Molly to create two video clips to showcase youth workshop content. The video clips will allow program participants to review content on their own time that was delivered at in-person meetings. 7. Staff met with Evaluation Key Informant, Ashley Griffin, on October 6, 2022 to discuss ways in which to make the Heart & Hope Program evaluation tools available to participants online. She provided information on the Qualtrics Application. Qualtrics was preferred over a Google Form for the evaluation tools. Staff shared this idea with the program evaluator, Pam Payne. Pam will create a Qualtrics program evaluation tool. 8. Staff shared literature review topics with Pam Payne. She and her staff in the Domestic Violence High-Risk Teams Program will draft a youth facilitator guide literature review based on these topics. Program Promotional Material and Case Statement 1. Staff met with Marketing and Communications Key Informant, Aaron Weibe, on November 21, 2022 to review existing Heart & Hope Program promotional material and learn new ways of promoting the program online. Staff will continue to work with Aaron to revise the program logo and “branding” features and to create digital advertising on social media and Google web searches. 2. Staff compiled existing data on interest calls and referrals to the Heart & Hope Program from 2015-2022 in order to identify from where they heard about the program. This information was shared with Aaron on December 15, 2022. The top three ways people heard about the program were: agencies, school flyers, and friends/family. 3. Staff met with Partnership and Development Key Informant, Hellina Tadesse, on November 21, 2022 and December 6, 2022 to review the Heart & Hope Program Case Statement. Hellina’s feedback helps staff write a clear and succinct program narrative to use with program partners, funders, and volunteers. Leadership Development 1. Staff met with the Leadership Development Key Informant, Karl Bradly on December 6, 2022 to learn about the list of leadership and team development training topics.
