Increasing Equity-driven Approaches to Food Preservation Programming in California Fellow: Amira Resnick, University of California Team Work Plan Fellow Report Within this reporting period, the planning team has met multiple times to create and hone our WorkPlan including internal communications plan. I have signed up to be trained as IDI Qualifying Administrator and completed the training on Dec. 16. Another teammate has reached out to successfully include additional advisors into this project who are already QAs. We have accessed internal training resources to support this project. We circulated an interest survey to our 20 coordinators requesting they sign up to participate in this project if they'd like, and share the opportunity with their volunteer leaders as well. We discussed and debriefed this opportunity similarly through a monthly coordinators meeting.
We have scheduled multiple technical assistance sessions on relevant topics to our project and have created multiple drafts of our Case Statement.
