Another useful way to think about stakeholders and their influence on the evaluation is to use an onion diagram--a graphic of concentric circles. In this image, the person at the center of the onion is the most influential and important to the project. As you move toward the outer rings, the stakeholders have less influence and impact on the evaluation.
