Project Sponsor
The project sponsor is the primary stakeholder and is responsible for driving success from the customer side. The sponsor may not be involved in the day-to-day project management, but is in charge of allocating resources internally to ensure project completion. The Sponsor should be on requirements gathering and project kickoff calls, and may or may not be on regular check-ins.
Point of Contact
The point of contact is responsible for the day-to-day management of the project and will be on all check-in calls. They are also the decision maker when any project decisions are required.
Beta User
Beta users play an essential role in all projects. They are the first set of users who will give User feedback as the project moves from development into production.
