Fellow Report: ● Engagement Hub Implementation Team Formed & Held First Meeting ● Completed Hub project charter ● Increased internal communication about the Hub and buy in from UNH leadership ● Fact finding/planning meetings held with vendor: ○ UNH Database Administrators ○ USNH IT security ○ Go-To Marketing (w/smaller Hub team) ● Currently working on developing 'personas' to begin in creation of learning pathways, relevant connections for learners, etc.

Experience(s) working with your Catalysts and Key Informants: We appreciate working with Scott and Dyremple! Their questions and thoughts are always pertinent to the topic. We also had a good meeting with key informants Melissa and Hellina that helped us think more about how internal and external people can equally be part of the development process, including Hub testing. Also got us thinking about whether we are considering youth as an individual or as a household. That topic was discussed a bit more in our Go-To Marketing meeting. Significant Results: ● Vendor has received necessary database access ● IT security has approved the product Anticipated work for the next reporting period (December 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022): ● Work with vendor to develop prototype/sandbox ● Choose 3-4 priority persona templates/alignment for phase 1 build out ● Aaron Weibe is attending our Dec. NTAE meeting to discuss communication strategies ● Potentially, Ashley Grin will attend Jan. NTAE meeting to talk about Lessons Learned publication ● Complete/add to NTAE Roadmap
