Watershed Education Planning (WEP) Fellow: Anne Sawyer, University of Minnesota Roadmap
Fellow Report: Have met with Catalysts several times to help guide project goals. Have completed the roadmap with project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Have had numerous conversations with stakeholders to gather input/ideas about what to include and how to structure WEP hub. Have started collecting and reviewing existing resources, both within MN and beyond. Experience(s) working with your Catalysts and Key Informants: It's been really helpful to talk with Chuck and Jimmy to help refine project deliverables and goals. We've met briey with Aaron and have made progress towards a "What is a Watershed" one-pager to kickstart the hub resources. We have scheduled meetings with other KIs for later in Dec also in January.
Significant Results: ● None yet, but have gotten great input from stakeholder conversations.
Anticipated work for the next reporting period (December 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022): ● Creating more materials; settling on design of WEP Hub; creating and sending "networking" surveys to stakeholders for contributions of materials to share and ideas for other resources; will begin thinking about evaluation for Hub products/users and how to help our end users with their own evaluations. Will meet with more KIs to learn about how they can help us with our project. Key Informant Services Reports: Program Design and Educational Technology The Program Design and Educational Technology team did not engage with this project team during the first quarter. Leadership and Leadership Development Two informational sessions on our “Team Effectiveness” services including Google’s Project Aristotle & Team Health survey dashboard.
Anticipated work for the next reporting period (December 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022): ● If utilized, the initial Team Health Survey dashboard will be sent on December 16, 2021.
