Fellow Report: Within the current reporting period: 1. The curriculum of the program was finalized for the 2022 master irrigator program. 2. Website of the program was updated. 3. With the help of key-informants and catalysts, a marketing strategy was prepared for the 2022 Master Irrigator program. 4. The marketing strategy has been executed, through social media by the Oklahoma Water Resource Center. 5. We contacted local county educators for their assistance in spreading the word about our program. Flyers were sent to potential clientele, through their listservs. 6. We are preparing for advertising through local newspapers, and Key-informants are helping us with advertising our program through farm journals. 7. The publication process of our program has also begun. We had our first meeting on publication on December 9

Experience(s) working with your Catalysts and Key Informants: Key-informants and catalysts have been very helpful in designing this program. I have learnt new aspects about marketing, and creating a roadmap for the program to streamline the program. I look forward to learning new tips and tricks and suggestions about program evaluation, and need based surveys from my catalysts and Key-informants for 2023 program. Significant Results: ● A significant marketing strategy has been developed for this program. I have learnt new marketing tools and options through catalysts and key-informants. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (December 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022): ● In the next quarter we will execute our 2022 program. For this quarter we will report our program evaluation report. ● We will also report on our progress about preparation for the 2023 program.
