Regional Listening Sessions: Identifying National and Regional Priorities for Rural Workforce and Economic Development Post COVID Fellow: TBD Roadmap Fellow Report: Due to contracting there is no Fellow report for this quarter. The Fellow will report in Quarter 2. Key Informant Services Reports: Program Design and Educational Technology Met with the team and discussed facilitated engagement options and educational technologies to support the listening sessions. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (December 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022): ● Supporting the actual Listening Sessions in Q2 or Q3 Leadership and Leadership Development Two informational sessions on our “Team Effectiveness” services including Google’s Project Aristotle & Team Health survey dashboard.
Anticipated work for the next reporting period (December 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022): ● If utilized, the initial Team Health Survey dashboard will be sent on December 16, 2021.
Digital Publishing and Engagement The Publishing/DE team did not engage with this project team during the first quarter.
Marketing and Communications Working closely with this team on the development of a dashboard including ArcGIS mapping and a set of infographics to be used. The Extension Foundation will also be supporting this team as technical hosts for the Regional Listening Sessions in the spring. Ben MacNeill is assisting with the infographics and it is anticipated that Shane Bradt will assist with the ArcGIS map. Both are needed in early January, 2022.
