Marketing and Communications Briefly met with Roger Rennekamp to discuss the inclusion of Health & Well-Being program questions in the National Registry. Hellina, Megan, and Aaron met to draft these questions. We discussed: 1. Using the National Registry to collect information specific to health and well-being 2. Creating some sort of review process to put a quality control aspect on things entered into the registry to be deemed as evidence-based. 3. A data science component to empower communities and educators. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (December 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022) ● Finalize questions for inclusion in the National Registry ● Outline a quality control/review process for the National Registry ● Update the National Registry from a single-question layout to a page layout Partnership and Development Health Program Action Team Update - Cooperative Extension’s National Framework for Health Equity and Well-Being outlines a bold and ambitious plan by which the Cooperative Extension System can advance its work to improve population health and achieve equity in health status. The Framework includes very high-level recommendations and a robust set of specific recommendations for achieving this goal. The National 4-H Council, through the generous support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, along with the Extension Foundation and USDA-NIFA have joined forces to provide funding to support implementation of the recommendations. Leadership for implementation of the recommendations will be provided by the Health Program Action Team of the ECOP Program Committee. The Health Program Action Team is currently being established through a transitional process that will incorporate membership of several existing groups (including the Health Innovation Task Force) into a consolidated leadership group.
