Extension Foundation was also vital in the draft LOI for NIFA and has provided the support for the Fellowship recruitment, interview coordination and will provide supervisory support once hired. Significant Results: ● The Program Action Team has had bi-weekly meetings for the duration of the quarter. They have drafted a framework for workforce development program deployment across CES and are in the process of scheduling interviews for the Fellowship. ● The Workforce and Economic Development PAT also submitted a LOI to NIFA concerning support development of an interactive data set of Workforce Development program offerings of extension offices enabling the Extension ● Foundation to identify and scale existing workforce development programs across all aspects of Cooperative Extension in the amount of $70,000. This LOI has been informally accepted at the end of Q1 reporting. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (December 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022): ● The WDPAT Fellow will be hired in the rst part of Q2. ● Anticipated funding of $70K to come from NIFA and work to begin in Q2. ● Organizational Structure, and Framework for national programming will be refined and shared with ECOP and the CES ● Pilot project in Guam do be refined and grant application to the RISE (USDA) grant opportunity will be submitted (April 2022) Key Informant Services Reports: Program Design and Educational Technology The Program Design and Educational Technology team did not engage with this project team during the first quarter. Leadership and Leadership Development Two informational sessions on our “Team Effectiveness” services including Google’s Project Aristotle & Team Health survey dashboard.
Anticipated work for the next reporting period (December 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022): ● If utilized, the initial Team Health Survey dashboard will be sent on December 16, 2021.
