Significant Results: ● Fellow scheduled meetings for the remainder of the NTAE grant year to integrate leadership development/team effectiveness sessions along with assigned Catalysts.
Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022): ● Schedule a third quarter team health survey for the team.
Digital Publishing and Engagement The Fellow was interviewed for a ghostwritten publication and has provided various documents about the program to facilitate the writing process. We identified the potential to include or reference an assessment checklist that the Fellow used in his work. In addition, we identified potential peer reviewers. We also discussed digital engagement, as this team has a great deal of video content. Significant Results: ● Interview with the Fellow for ghostwriting project ● Writing has begun ● Peer reviewers identified ● Focused discussion on digital engagement, including the use of video content. ● The Fellow would like some social media training ● With catalysts, facilitate the introduction of the Fellow to the Broadband NTAE team due to the Fellow’s overlapping work. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022): ● Publication draft to the Fellow ● Peer review process ● Digital engagement strategy formalized ● Social media planning and training for the Fellow Marketing and Communications The Marketing and Communications team did not engage with this project team during the second quarter.
