Fellow Report: ● Finished our "What is a Watershed" one-pager and are preparing to circulate it to advisory team members for review ● Created "Watershed Engagement Programming (WEP) Hub" website in Drupal Lite 9.0, hosted at University of Minnesota. The site doesn't have any content yet, but it exists! ● Held our first meeting with our advisory team members. Received lots of feedback on our network survey. ● Drafted network survey to send to potential users of WEP Hub content; survey contains a few needs assessment questions and asks for submissions to HUB. ● Held stakeholder conversations about WEP Hub and regional needs with Freshwater (MN Nonprofit), Metro Watershed Partners (another local nonprofit), MN Association of Watershed Districts, Hennepin County (to discuss evaluation metrics for grant reporting) Watershed Engagement Programming (WEP) Hub: https://wephub.umn.edu/ Watershed One-pager: https://create.piktochart.com/output/57090660-minnesota-watershed Experience(s) working with your Catalysts and Key Informants: We really appreciate working with Chuck, Jimmy, and the rest of the EF team. We are also glad that Chuck and Jimmy could join our advisory team meeting as they have added perspective and "heft" to the project. Additionally, planning the virtual chat with Rose, Paulina, and others was easy and fun. We are looking forward to it! Working with Aaron on the "watershed one-pager" was fun and produced a great result! Significant Results: ● Networking conversations with several important regional stakeholders and individuals. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022): ● Virtual Chat planned in collaboration with Extension Foundation is scheduled for February 17, 2022. ● Beta test network survey with advisory team members (SWCD staff, etc); send out network survey and begin analyzing results ● Start Drupal software training and begin to populate WEP Hub with existing resources - Complete virtual chat and see what we learn from our peers! ● Continue to meet with our advisory team members (every other-month)
