Key Informant Services Reports: Program Design and Educational Technology The Program Design and Education Technology team did not engage with this project team during the second quarter.

Leadership and Leadership Development Team took the initial baseline Team Health survey.

Significant Results: ● Discussed results of the first quarter Team Health survey with Fellow and assigned Catalysts. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022): ● Increase Fellow, Team & Catalyst understanding of Google's "Project Aristotle" and its 5 aspects of highly effective teams. Digital Publishing and Engagement We met with the WEP team in both December and January. We reviewed writing support options (ghostwriting, co-creation, etc). They will likely not be ready to write until the spring but would like to pursue a “process” publication. We are helping the team host a virtual chat in February, which will help refine evaluation, publishing, and digital engagement goals. Team members also reviewed a network survey prepared by the WEP team. Results will be shared in the process publication.

● Writing prompts shared ● Digital Publishing and Engagement team met with the project team to review and brainstorm publishing and digital engagement options, including ghost-writing and collaborative writing approaches ● Planned a virtual chat for February 2022 ● WEP network survey reviewed ● Potential peer reviewers identified Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022) ● Host virtual chat and write-up event for Connect Extension ● If a “process” publication is decided upon, begin the writing process.
