Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022) ● Draft publication to the Fellow for review and editing (may include case studies and testimonials) ● Peer review ● Because of the high potential for digital content, the Digital Publishing and Engagement team will work with the Fellow to being creating digital strategies for organizing and sharing content Marketing and Communications The Marketing and Communications team was able to meet the Fellow and project team in person at an event at North Carolina State University and conducted an interview with their production staff for inclusion in a Juntos promotion. We have additionally worked alongside their production staff to acquire audio and video from interviews with parents and students that have participated in the Juntos program. We are also working with Juntos programs in other states to conduct interviews with parents and students that have benefitted from the program for the development of an additional podcast feature and other promotional and advocacy materials. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022) ● Collect all interviews for the Juntos Program in applicable states ● Begin development on a new podcast series and coordinated with Juntos production team on the creation of new promotional materials. Partnership and Development The Partnership and Development team met with the Juntos team to discuss possible funding opportunities. This was an initial meeting for Hellina Tadesse. The Partnership and Development team has reviewed the Kellogg proposal that was submitted in 2021, and will support re-submission of that grant. In addition we will be helping the team identify new potential funding sources. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022) ● Identify new potential funding sources. ● Draft a one-page case statement to explore additional funding and partnership opportunities. Evaluation : The team is interested in conducting Ripple Effects Mapping (REM) to capture the long-term effects of the program and other insights from their alumni.
