Key Informant Services Reports
Program Design and Educational Technology The Program Design and Education Technology team did not engage with this project team during the second quarter. Leadership and Leadership Development Met with team Catalysts & Key Informants to help them support this team while determining next steps for team effectiveness. Significant Results: ● Increased Catalyst/Key Informant understanding of Google's "Project Aristotle" and its 5 aspects of highly effective teams.
Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022) ● Schedule third quarter Team Health survey for the team.
Digital Publishing and Engagement The Digital Publishing and Engagement team connected with Marie and determined that there was interest in some services. Building communications capacity and growing their network is a primary focus. The previously published eFieldbook is being migrated to the flipping book technology and there may be needs and opportunities there. Rose met with Aaron, Cayla and Gauri regarding Connect Extension and digital engagement. Aaron set up a subgroup for the team. Rose will train Cayla/Gauri regarding Connect Extension features and strategies prior to an Executive Group meeting in February, using the TEE subgroup as a model. Aaron/Rose will review a communications plan prepared by Cayla and offer comments. Significant Results ● Interest in Digital Publishing and Engagement services identified (more likely engagement), but ideas need more time to form as Fellow has only recently joined the team ● Connect Extension training scheduled
