● Connect Extension Training provided ● Provide support/ideas for digital engagement and communications (including Aaron) ● If digital publishing and engagement services are desired, we will provide as needed ● Migration of existing report to flipping book technology will be finalized. Marketing and Communications This team participated in the Impact Collaborative Summit. At this time, there were several communication challenges this project was working through. In this reporting period, a website audit was conducted on NUEL's website along with recommendations. The recommendations are being presented to the NUEL committee to take action, including the use of Connect Extension as their primary network communication platform to structure and organize their communications at no cost to NUEL. Recommendations include consolidating areas of their website, lifting up NUEL's accomplishments, reducing redundancies, and simplifying technical processes such as calendaring professional development events. A demo of their Connect Extension subgroup was built and available at https://connect.extension.org/g/nuel.

Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022) ● Complete the implementation of the Connect Extension subgroup ● Train appropriate NUEL staff on usage and management of subgroups.

Partnership and Development Please see Marie's comments. Fellow has been hired and is successfully working on projects. An Urban Ag team did participate in the Jan 18-20, 2022 Impact Collaborative. Anticipated work for the next reporting period (March 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022) ● Workshop is planned for February 11, 2022 Evaluation The Evaluation team did not engage with this project team during the second quarter.
