Local Impact Guides Our Climate Action Plan Since 2021, the Cooperative Extension System (Extension) has partnered with Extension Foundation to provide national leadership for collective action on climate mitigation, resiliency, and adaptation. In early 2024, Extension professionals convened to deve lop a Climate Action Plan leveraging the system’s deep climate expertise and local experience to deliver equitable and meaningful climate outcomes for the communities Extension serves.
