Develop Awareness and Training Programs -An increased number of Extension personnel will be trained on weatherization to improve their own knowledge

-Scan existing Extension equity expertise, programming, and impact across all Extension workstreams (Agriculture and Natural Resources, Community Development, Health and Human Sciences, 4H and Youth) and its professional groups, incorporating learnings and aligning activities (e.g. 4H, Joint Council of Extension Professionals, Association of Natural Resource Extension Professionals, Epsilon Sigma Phi, National Association of Agricultural Agents, National Association of Community Development Extension Professionals, National Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals, National Association of Extension Program & Staff Development Professionals, and National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences) -Provide training on social determinants of health and other applicable frameworks to support Extension readiness to engage in its application
