Fellow Report: We did not receive a report from this Fellow and/or Team Lead on their Quarter 2 progress. *Please note that the NTAE Project Manager will be following up with this team to receive their progress report and emphasize the importance of submitting these required reports on time. Key Informant Services Reports Digital Publishing and Engagement Met with the team. Reviewed publication and digital engagement opportunities with the team. Reviewed project materials and drafted customized questions for the eZine feature. ● Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: ○ Draft eZine feature. ○ Support interest in additional publication and digital engagement as requested. Evaluation Met to discuss and review a logic model for the program. Key indicators were identified and survey questions were drafted for program evaluation. ● Significant Results: ○ Logic model completed, including short, mid, long-term indicators of change and survey questions developed tied to these indicators. ● Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: ○ Survey and evaluation technical assistance as needed. Partnership and Development Reviewed case statement draft and provided suggested edits. ● Significant Results : ○ Case statement first draft ● Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: ○ Finalize the case statement and begin discussions on partnership and funding goals. Program Design and Educational Technology Met with the team in December to discuss a possible Virtual Chat. We discussed the purpose, potential audience, goals, needs, outputs, and the process to create a virtual chat. A second meeting to schedule a Virtual Chat in March was canceled. ● Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: ○ Virtual Chat
