Thinking about the short, mid and long term goals of the project, please indicate your success toward each this quarter: Short-term Lots of progress Mid-term About the amount of progress I expected Long-term Less progress than I would like Please comment about the project’s progress toward short, mid, and long-term goals: In the short term, I feel that we have made progress in terms of re-envisioning the project and seeking adequate resources. I also think that the implementation of the intern will be more helpful going forward. We meet weekly as a team to discuss progress and chart next steps. The fact that we will have a person on board who is focused on this project solely is really what will make the project successful. Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: (Please list the objectives and goals for the next reporting period.) ● Goals: ○ To get days, times and locations determined for workshops ○ Prepare and disseminate marketing materials for in person workshops ○ Research and purchase podcasting equipment ○ Get trained on podcasting and set up BC 4-H site for hosting podcasts (using current Wordpress website) ○ Prepare lessons in collaboration with AgLaw Center before teens begin for summer - their task is to take the lesson plans and create workshop teaching materials ● Objectives: ○ To inform the public about FarmerTech resources and workshops via social media and newsletters ○ To recruit, hire and train teen facilitators for the FarmerTech summer project ○ To become proficient in podcasting (writing, recording, editing and posting) in
