About the amount of progress I expected

Please comment about the project’s progress toward short, mid, and long-term goals: ● Short term: We have continued to teach sessions and collect data from the program. ● Mid-Term: We have conducted the trainer session to expand the reach of our programming--we are lagging a bit behind on data evaluation as our evaluation specialist is currently being utilized in another very large grant area for the university. ● Long-Term: We are awaiting data analysis for fall and spring data to determine if the program can be termed "evidence based" and can then be expanded to a nationwide audience and data utilized to encourage legislative action to mandate career readiness in middle/high school. Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: (Please list the objectives and goals for the next reporting period.) ● Completion of spring cohort teaching. Awaiting notification of acceptance/denial of national conference submissions. Data analysis of fall and spring cohort data. Continued work on streamlining the "look" of the curriculum with the new graphic design package (once approved by the University). Expand marketing efforts and materials. Yes Experience(s) working with your Coach, Catalysts and/or Key Informants as applicable: We have been motivated by our Coach and the Key informants have provided information to help move our program forward.
