Yes Experience(s) working with your Coach, Catalysts and/or Key Informants as applicable: It has been an enjoyable and useful experience. Our monthly meetings provide an opportunity to connect and to gain new ideas and insights. Our team has enjoyed zoom sessions with Karl. I have appreciated additional communication with Karl to strategize for our project. We appreciate assistance provided via the development of the case statement, and now the EZ publication and potential process or playbook publication. Key Informant Services Reports Digital Publishing and Engagement Reviewed project materials and developed customized questions for the eZine feature. ● Anticipated work for the next reporting period: ○ Will meet with the team regarding publications and will draft the eZine feature.

Evaluation Assisted with writing about data on their case statement.

Leadership and Leadership Development Three unique sessions were scheduled by the team and held this quarter; Values, Trust, and Teamwork. These helped the core team increase their understanding of themselves and each other, awareness of the behaviors that support a trustworthy environment, and the 5 aspects of highly effective teams. ● Significant Results : (Please list any significant items discovered or impact generated. These would be considered your outcomes. For example: participants reached, behavior changes, etc.) If no significant results were realized please just put N/A The core team has begun to invite others from across the state to these sessions as they have many partners/volunteers who assist with this program. ● Anticipated work for the next reporting period: ○ Additional team-building sessions have been scheduled. ○ Making Recognition a Resource, Diffusion of Innovations, and Busy is a Choice. These will help with the integration of a new core team member and support partners/volunteers efforts across the state in this program.
