About the amount of progress I expected
Please comment about the project’s progress toward short, mid, and long-term goals: I think we have done a good job of meeting our short-term goals and should be able to catch up with our mid-term goals during the next quarter. It was difficult to keep certain aspects of the project moving during the holiday season and we had one team member out of the country for several weeks. Having a meeting with Rose should help position us to make progress on long-term goals related to the development of publications. Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: (Please list the objectives and goals for the next reporting period.) ● The next team meeting is scheduled for March 23rd. During this meeting we will discuss and choose the challenge activities that will be moved onto the implementation feasibility test. ● The team will also create an implementation guide for the selected activities that will be used during the test. Team members will conduct the implementation feasibility test at existing youth program locations and necessary changes will be made to the activities and
the implementation guide based on lessons learned from the test. ● The team will also select sites to pilot the final curriculum.
Have you had opportunities to share information about your program with other Extension professionals? No
Were you able to meet with your Coach, Catalyst(s) or Key Informants in this quarter? Yes
Experience(s) working with your Coach, Catalysts and/or Key Informants as applicable: I found it a little challenging to work on our Case Statement because we were being asked to develop something at a time when it wasn't needed and didn't make sense. I would have preferred to have been asked when it made sense to work on that specific product instead of being told when to do it. We would love to have that product at the end when we have our project results, so it didn't make sense for anyone to spend time developing it or revising it until we have all of the necessary information.
