Thinking about the short, mid and long term goals of the project, please indicate your success toward each this quarter: Short-term Less progress than I would like Mid-term About the amount of progress I expected Long-term About the amount of progress I expected Please comment about the project’s progress toward short, mid, and long-term goals: ● In the H&H logic model, all of our goals are based on future program sessions where facilitators are using parent and children's facilitator guides to lead workshop meetings. This overall, long-term goal is on track. ● The H&H Team and Aaron's PR/Marketing Team are working hard to meet the goal of updating promotional material to be eye-catching and engaging, especially digitally engaging. Aaron and Ellen's expertise in this area is incredible. The logo and case statement are wonderful. Jill and Julie are using the case statement as a base for updates to the H&H program website. There is good progress on this mid-term goal. ● Jill, Julie, and Joelene are making good but slow progress on writing the workshop plans for the children and youth/teen age groups. The team hoped to be further along in the writing process. There are 3 youth/teens and 1 children's workshop plans completed. A timeline has been set to finish all plans by the end of May in order to have time to focus on program promotion and creating videos for a train-the-trainer program component. Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: (Please list the objectives and goals for the next reporting period.) ● Write five youth/teen workshop plans and eight children's workshop plans. ● Continue to work with Aaron on program promotional material, including new print flyers and digital/social media advertisements. ● Discuss funding opportunities and plan with Hellina. ● Reconnect with Molly to set a plan/timeline for program videos to be used as promotional material and/or part of a Train-the Trainer model.
