Evaluation Discussed evaluation needs, barriers to program participation, research and evaluation methods as the program expands. Also discussed potential sampling methods for current program participation and data collection. Also discussed informal data collection that doesn't meet the research standard but would provide feedback or identify participation barriers - e.g. listening sessions embedded in routine meetings. ● Significant Results : ○ Identified additional evaluation methods and future research methods as the program expands. ● Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: ○ Meetings to review any survey materials or evaluation plans. Leadership and Leadership Development The following sessions were delivered this quarter; Teamwork, Vision Casting, Diffuse the Drama, 2 Diffusion of Innovations. Additionally, met with the Fellow for an executive coaching and planning session. ● Significant Results: ○ There are inconsistent members of the team attending our sessions. This will be addressed with the Catalysts and Fellow. ● Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: ○ Additional sessions have been discussed and will be planned for the next quarter. Partnership and Development The Partnership and Development Specialist shared two USDA-NIFA funding opportunities with the team. ● Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: ○ Finalize the case statement, and understand funding and partnership needs of the project.
