The African American Experience: Cultural Competency and Capacity in Extension Executive Leadership Fellow: Arlene Wilson, Cornell University Team Work Plan Fellow Report: The project team from Cornell Extension continues working well together. The team is composed of two individuals (Malinda Ware and Arlene Wilson) who have worked on prior projects together. A weekly time has been scheduled with each person having clearly defined deliverables. We were able to meet with the Evaluation Specialist through Extension Foundation, and receive helpful feedback to design our pre/post test survey and Logic Model.
