Were you able to meet with your Coach, Catalyst(s) or Key Informants in this quarter? Yes
Experience(s) working with your Coach, Catalysts and/or Key Informants as applicable: The Evaluation staffer was extremely helpful in development of the Logic Model and evaluation tools for pre and post survey. I would have liked to have earlier access to this skills set, but the position was vacant, and only filled at the end of 2022. Other staff were invited to monthly meetings, taking up time to make their pitches for services we were not in need of nor had requested. The Coach/Catalyst have met with us monthly. Their role was not clear early on, so the agenda wandered resulting in input and direction that were not very helpful. Did not have good knowledge on technical aspects of contract and funds disbursement.
Key Informant Services Reports Evaluation
The team has developed a longitudinal survey to measure program impact over time. Their approach was supplemented by providing them with a survey planning logic model and TA for developing survey questions, mapping them to goals, and devising responses that match the question and goal. ● Significant Results: ○ Team has a logic model and survey developed. ● Anticipated Work for Next Reporting Period: ○ Evaluation support as needed
