SAMPLE BYWAY DESIGNATION PROCESS (IN OHIO) The Ohio State University Extension office in Noble County collaborated to expand a single county byway to a multiple county byway. The original byway was coordinated by the county convention and visitor bureau with assistance from Ohio State University Extension. The Noble County Ohio State Community Development educator assisted with a variety of activities in securing the byway renaming and expansion.
